Coconut Cream Cake

Bruce Teagarden made Coconut Cream Cakes for Mother's Day. It's a flourless and gluten free cake made with whipped cream, eggs, potato starch, sugar, coconut , sea salt and coconut extract. Bruce is making lots of beautiful desserts for us so if you haven't been to the bakery for awhile come by and taste his work.
